All products are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.
No matter which reasons, you can put forward a return request in 7 days after you received the goods. Except the defective items, you should return the products to us in the original condition, with any original product packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Can not find consignee
Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not done it in time.
How To Return the Parcel to us?
If you need to return the products back to us, please contact us first. Our email is email@example.com.
If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned oversea. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email.
