Limited Warranty Coverage

At krsmoil, we take pride in providing high-quality products, and we stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our digital cameras and mini Bluetooth printers for kids. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms for all eligible products purchased through our official online store.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for our products is 12 months from the date of purchase. It covers any manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal and proper use of the product.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing Defects: We guarantee that our products will be free from any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Malfunctioning Components: The warranty covers any issues arising from the malfunction of internal components within the designated warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

Damage Due to Misuse: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized alterations/modifications.

Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic issues, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the product, are not covered.

Third-Party Products: Any damage or malfunction caused by the use of third-party accessories or components not supplied by krsmoil will not be covered.

Service Process

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow the steps below:

Contact our Support Team: Email or call our customer support team at info@krsmoil.com to initiate the warranty service process. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

Evaluation and Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. If necessary, we may request additional information or images to assess the situation better.

Return or Repair: If your product requires return, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Repair or Replacement: Once we receive your product, we will inspect it thoroughly. If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product, depending on the extent of the problem.


Krsmoil reserves the right to interpret and apply the terms and conditions of this warranty policy. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Krsmoil shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
